Ecuador Cuenca
I am originally from Ecuador. I was born in the most beautiful city in the country (and one that competes with the best in the world) named Cuenca in the southern Andes, but I have lived in Maine since ‘94, making it well more than half my life. Even though Ecuador is not much different than the South American countries, which struggle with their economies and politics and social issues, it is geographically beautiful, with a diversity worth showcasing. In such a small area, it has snow-capped volcanoes, a portion of the Amazon Jungle to the east, and flat lands bordering in the Pacific ocean to the west, and lets not forget the Enchanted Islands: the Galapagos.
